Trendora curates practical, problem-solving products across four areas: home and lifestyle, wellness and personal care, pet favorites, and the everyday best sellers our customers keep coming back for. We look for products that do one useful thing well instead of stocking everything at once.

Every item is reviewed for build quality, realistic pricing and a clear use case before it reaches the store. If a product doesn't hold up, we drop it.

Checkout is hosted and secured by Shopify, orders ship tracked, and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Questions get a reply from a real person, usually within one business day.

Every product page shows live pricing, options and availability read straight from our store, so the figure on the page is the figure you pay. Orders over $70 ship free within the United States, and everything ships with tracking — you get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Payment is handled on Shopify's hosted checkout, so your card details never touch this site. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition; the full process is written out on our return and refund policy page.

We do not run countdown timers, invented stock warnings or made-up viewer counts, and we do not publish reviews we cannot tie to a real, verified order. Where a product is a comfort or grooming item rather than a medical device, we say so plainly and avoid any claim about treating a condition.

Descriptions come from the product supplier and we correct them where they are unclear rather than dressing them up. If a listing is missing a detail you need, ask us and we will check the specification before you buy rather than guess.

Trendora is a storefront built on top of our product catalogue: every product, price, option and stock status you see is read live from the same system that fulfils your order. That means the site cannot drift out of date, and the price on a product card is the price you pay at checkout.

Products are grouped into categories using the tags on each item, and anything that does not sit neatly in one category collects in More Finds instead of being hidden. Nothing in the store is left off the site, which is why browsing and search return the same catalogue our support team sees.

The first test is whether a product solves a specific, recurring annoyance. A gadget that does one useful thing well beats a novelty that gets used twice, so we would rather list a few hundred considered items than tens of thousands of interchangeable ones.

The second is whether the description can be made honest. If we cannot get clear information from the supplier about the material, size or contents, we either chase it until we can or we leave the product out. The third test is price: it has to be a sensible figure for what arrives in the box, including shipping.

Specifications, dimensions, materials and care instructions live in the description in plain text, so they can be read on a phone and searched. Where a supplier description arrives garbled or padded with marketing language, we clean it up rather than publishing it as-is.

Photographs come from the supplier and show the product accurately, but they cannot show scale, so we keep measurements in writing and encourage people to check them. If a detail is missing and you need it, ask us and we will find out.

Support runs by email and chat, and a person answers. Include your order number and the email used at checkout if your question is about a purchase, and we can look it up straight away. We verify who you are before discussing order details, which is a small amount of friction that keeps your address and purchase history private.

Every price on the site is the live catalogue price, including any variant that costs more than the default option. There is no separate members' rate, no inflated "was" price used to make a discount look larger, and no fee added between the cart and the payment screen. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout before you confirm.

Free tracked shipping on United States orders over $70 is the only threshold we operate, and the cart tells you how far away from it you are rather than leaving you to work it out.

We do not run countdown timers, fake stock counters, live viewer counts or invented purchase notifications. We do not write or buy reviews, and we do not hide negative ones. We do not claim that a comfort, grooming or wellness product treats a condition, and we do not promise delivery on a specific date when the carrier has not promised it to us.

Each of those things would sell slightly more in the short term. They also make a store impossible to trust, and trust is the only thing that brings someone back for a second order.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition. If an order arrives damaged, faulty or simply is not what was ordered, that is our problem to solve, and we resolve it at our cost with a replacement or a refund rather than asking you to pay postage for our mistake.

When a fault turns out to be a pattern rather than a one-off, we take the product down while we sort it out with the supplier. Leaving a known problem on sale is not worth the revenue.
