Track Your Order
Every Trendora order ships with tracking. Look yours up below, or follow the steps underneath.
Look up your order
Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. We only show order details when both match.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a direct tracking link. Search your inbox for "Trendora shipped" and check your spam folder if you don't see it.
2. Use your order status page
The order confirmation email also contains a "View your order" link. That page is updated live with fulfillment and delivery status.
3. Still can't find it?
Email support@trendoranow.shop with the name and email used at checkout, and we'll send your tracking details back.
Delivery timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. U.S. tracked delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show its first scan.
What each tracking status actually means
"Label created" or "pre-shipment" means we have printed the label and the parcel is waiting for the carrier to collect it. "In transit" means it is moving between depots, and long gaps between scans at this stage are normal, especially over a weekend or a public holiday.
"Out for delivery" means it is on a van and due that day. "Delivered" with nothing on your doorstep usually means it was left with a neighbour, in a safe place, or at a nearby collection point — check around the property and any note the carrier left before assuming it is lost.
A tracking number that returns nothing at all in the first 72 hours after dispatch has simply not been scanned into the network yet. That is common and is not a sign anything has gone wrong.
If tracking has not moved
Give it a few working days first: parcels frequently sit at a sorting hub without a scan and then move several stages at once. If there has been no movement for around fourteen days, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Carriers set their own timescales for those investigations, and we cannot shorten them. What we can do is chase it, keep you updated with what we are told, and sort out a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.
Multiple parcels in one order
Orders with several items are sometimes packed and dispatched separately, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number and its own email, so a delivery that looks short may simply mean the rest is still on its way.
If one tracking number shows delivered and another has not updated in a fortnight, contact us about the second parcel rather than the whole order and we will look into that shipment specifically.
Wrong or incomplete address
Carriers deliver to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake before the order ships, email us immediately with the correct address and we will try to catch it before it leaves. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we cannot redirect it.
Parcels that come back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete can be reshipped once they arrive, though reshipping costs may apply. Apartment, unit and building numbers are the most common thing missed.
Keeping your order details private
The lookup above needs both your order number and the email used at checkout, and it only returns high-level status. We do that on purpose: it means someone who knows your order number alone cannot see your address or what you bought. For the same reason, our support team verifies who you are before discussing an order.
Why your order status and your tracking can disagree
Two different systems are involved. The order status describes what has happened on our side — received, being packed, dispatched — while tracking describes what the carrier has scanned. An order can show as fulfilled here before the carrier records its first scan, which is why a brand-new tracking number sometimes returns nothing.
Once both are moving, tracking is the more accurate of the two, because it updates every time the parcel physically changes hands.
Delivery estimates and why we do not promise dates
Estimates come from the carrier and reflect typical journeys, not guaranteed appointments. Weather, customs, depot backlogs and seasonal peaks all move parcels around, and no retailer can override that. We would rather give you a realistic range than a confident date we cannot keep.
For that reason, please do not order at the last minute for a birthday or a holiday. If the timing genuinely matters, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is likely.
Marked delivered but nothing arrived
Check any safe place the carrier uses, ask household members and immediate neighbours, and look for a card or an app notification naming a collection point. A surprising proportion of these turn up within a day, sometimes because the scan happened slightly ahead of the drop-off.
If it has not appeared after that, email us with your order number and the date the scan says it was delivered. We will raise it with the carrier and, where they confirm the parcel did not reach you, arrange a replacement or refund.
International orders and customs
Parcels crossing a border pass through customs, and that stage has no fixed length. Tracking often pauses entirely while a parcel is held for inspection, then resumes. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility, and they are separate from anything paid at checkout.
What to have ready when you contact us
Your order number, the email you used at checkout, and the tracking number if you have one. With those three we can see the full history of the shipment in a single lookup and reply with something useful instead of asking follow-up questions.
