Trendora (trendoranow.shop) is operated by Synergy Services LLC, the legal entity responsible for this store. All customer enquiries, including privacy requests, should be sent to support@trendoranow.shop.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided) and order details. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Shopify and its payment processors; we never see or store full card numbers.

We also collect basic device and usage data (browser type, pages viewed, referring site) to keep the store running and improve it.

To process and ship your order, send order and shipping notifications, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails about new products and offers.

Order and contact details are used to fulfil the purchase you asked for: confirming the order, passing the shipping address to the carrier, sending you a tracking link, and handling any return or refund afterwards. Support messages are used to answer the question you asked and to keep a record of what was agreed.

Device and usage data is used in aggregate to see which pages and products people actually use, to spot broken pages, and to keep the store secure. We do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual or to make automated decisions about you.

Marketing email is strictly opt-in. If you subscribe through the signup form you are agreeing to receive product and offer emails, and every one of them contains an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages such as order and shipping confirmations, because those are part of completing the purchase.

Where the law requires us to identify a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract for anything needed to take, ship and support your order; on your consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies; on our legitimate interests in running a secure, working store and preventing fraud; and on legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, either by unsubscribing or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place while the consent was in force.

Service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (ecommerce platform and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, and our email provider. They may only use your data to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to function, plus analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Essential cookies remember what is in your cart between pages and carry that cart through to Shopify's hosted checkout. Without them the store cannot work, so they cannot be switched off from within the site. Your browser can still block them, but the cart will empty as you move between pages if you do.

Analytics cookies tell us which pages are visited and where people leave, in aggregate. Shopify sets its own cookies on the checkout pages as part of processing the payment and preventing fraud; those are governed by Shopify's own privacy notice as well as this one. Every mainstream browser lets you view, block and delete cookies per site, and most offer a private browsing mode that clears them when you close the window.

Our platform, payment and email providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit. Payment card data is entered on Shopify's hosted checkout and is never transmitted to or stored on this website. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect and keep access to order data to the people who need it to run the store.

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time. Email support@trendoranow.shop and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Those rights commonly include: asking for a copy of the personal data we hold about you; asking us to correct something that is wrong; asking us to delete data we no longer need; asking us to restrict or object to certain processing; and asking for your data in a portable format. Residents of some states and countries also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and we do not do so.

To make a request, email us from the address you used to order, and include your order number if the request concerns a purchase. We may need to ask a further question to confirm the request really comes from you before we act on it — that check exists to stop someone else obtaining your data. Some records, such as completed order and tax records, must be retained for a legally defined period even after a deletion request.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be flagged clearly rather than made quietly, and continuing to use the store after a change means the updated policy applies.

The store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
