The 30-day window
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Request an authorization first, then ship the item back.
How to start a return
- Email support@trendoranow.shop with your order number and what you would like to return.
- Once authorized, ship the item back in its original packaging.
- After the item arrives and passes inspection, your refund goes back to your original payment method.
What is not eligible
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or outside the 30-day window are not eligible for return unless a warranty or defect applies.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued after the returned item arrives and passes inspection. Your bank may take a few more days to post the credit.
