A buyer's guide to home & household
Where these products help most
Kitchen tools in this collection are aimed at prep work you repeat daily — slicing, peeling, sealing, portioning and storing. They are chosen to replace a fiddly step rather than to sit unused in a cupboard.
Cleaning and laundry items focus on reach and access: the gap behind the taps, the top of a door frame, the inside of a bottle. Storage and organising pieces are about giving small things a fixed home so surfaces stay clear.
Measure before you order
Anything that mounts, hangs or slots into a space is worth measuring for first. Each product description lists dimensions where the supplier provides them, so check the width and depth of your shelf, sink or drawer against those figures before adding to cart.
For adhesive or suction-mounted items, a clean, dry, smooth surface makes the difference between a fitting that lasts and one that drops. Tiles and sealed paint work well; textured wallpaper and unsealed wood do not.
How pricing and availability work
Every price, product option and availability status on this page is read live from our store, so what you see here is what you pay at checkout. Nothing is typed in by hand and nothing is cached overnight.
If a colour or size has sold out, its option is shown as unavailable rather than removed, so you can tell the difference between a variant we no longer stock and one that is temporarily out. Where a product has several options, the price can change as you switch between them, because each variant is priced separately in our store.
Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the address you enter. If you are ordering from outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; those are set by your government, are not collected by us, and are the buyer's responsibility.
We do not run countdown timers, invented stock warnings or fake viewer counts anywhere on this site. If a page tells you something is limited, that is because our store says so.
Reading a product page before you buy
The description holds the detail that matters: materials, dimensions, what is included in the box, power or battery requirements where relevant, and care instructions. We keep that information in plain text rather than burying it in graphics, so you can read it on a phone and search it.
Photographs come from the product supplier. They show the item accurately but they cannot show scale, so always check the stated measurements against the space, body part or device you have in mind rather than judging size from an image.
If a listing is missing something you need in order to decide, email us the product name and the question. We will check the supplier specification and answer, or tell you honestly that we cannot confirm it, rather than guessing on your behalf.
Ordering, payment and your cart
Add the variant you want to your cart and the cart stays with you as you move around the site, so you can keep browsing other categories without losing what you picked. The cart shows how close you are to free shipping as you add items.
When you are ready, checkout hands you over to Shopify's hosted checkout, where you enter your delivery address and payment details. That page is operated and secured by Shopify, it uses the payment methods enabled on our store, and your card details never pass through or get stored on this website.
You will see the exact total, including shipping and any tax, before you confirm the payment. Nothing is charged until you press the final button, and an order confirmation email is sent to the address you enter as soon as the payment succeeds.
Shipping, tracking and delivery
Orders ship with tracking and you get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Orders over $70 ship free within the United States; below that a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch happens after a short processing window while the order is picked and packed, and delivery time depends on the destination. Our shipping policy page sets out the current processing and delivery estimates; they are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees of a specific arrival date, so we do not promise a date for a birthday or holiday.
If a tracking number has not moved for several days, that usually means the carrier has scanned it into a hub and the next scan is pending. You can look your order up on our Track Order page using your order number and the email you used at checkout, and if it still looks stuck, contact us and we will chase the carrier with you.
Returns, refunds and getting help
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition, unused and with any tags or packaging it arrived with. Start a return by emailing us with your order number and what went wrong, and we will send instructions rather than making you guess where to post it.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, tell us within a few days of delivery and include a photo. We sort those cases out at our cost — that is a fault on our side, not a change of mind, and it is not treated the same way.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly the money appears on your statement, which is usually a few working days after we process it. The full process, including what is not returnable, is written out on our return and refund policy page.
For anything else, email support@trendoranow.shop with your order number. A person reads and answers those messages; we do not publish a response-time promise we cannot consistently keep.
