Trendora is an online store operated by Synergy Services LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Product descriptions, prices and stock levels are provided by our Shopify catalog and may change without notice. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but your screen may render them differently. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will cancel and fully refund that item.

Payment is processed through Shopify's secure hosted checkout. We do not store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent or reseller orders.

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

All site content, including text, logos and imagery, is owned by or licensed to Synergy Services LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order. Products are sold for ordinary consumer use; always follow the manufacturer's instructions.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Product titles, descriptions, images, prices and availability are drawn live from our store catalogue and can change at any time. Descriptions and photographs are supplied by the manufacturer or supplier. We correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that every description is complete or free of typographical mistakes.

Where a product is a general comfort, grooming or lifestyle item rather than a regulated device, nothing on this site should be read as medical, veterinary or professional advice, or as a promise of any particular result. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult a qualified professional about a health concern.

Adding an item to your cart is not an order, and an order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your request, not acceptance of it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the item. Until then we may decline the order — for example if the item is out of stock, if it was mispriced, or if the order appears fraudulent — and we will refund you in full.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and contact details you enter at checkout. Orders that fail to deliver because of an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.

Discount codes are valid only for the period and on the terms stated where they are published, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed. Unless a promotion says otherwise, one code applies per order and codes cannot be combined.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders where a code has been used in a way it was clearly not intended for, such as bulk resale.

Signing up to our email list is optional and is a separate act from placing an order. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing without affecting the transactional emails needed to complete a purchase, such as order and shipping confirmations.

Checkout, payment and some other functions are provided by Shopify and its payment partners, and are subject to their own terms and privacy notices as well as ours. This site may also link to third-party websites, including social media, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Synergy Services LLC in its place of business, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live. If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@trendoranow.shop — the great majority of disputes are resolved by a short exchange of emails.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.

Where reviews are displayed, they are genuine reviews left by customers for that exact product and published through our review system. We do not write reviews, buy them, or move a review from one product to another, and we do not delete a review simply because it is negative. Reviews that contain abuse, personal data or content unrelated to the product may be removed.

By submitting a review, photograph or other content you give us permission to display it alongside the product it relates to.

We do not display countdown timers, invented stock counts, live viewer numbers or synthetic purchase notifications. Where availability is shown, it reflects the actual state of the catalogue. This is a commitment about how the site behaves, and if you ever see something that looks like a manufactured urgency claim, please report it to us.

You may ask to cancel or amend an order before it has been packed, and we will do so where we can and refund in full. Once an order has been dispatched it must run its course, and the return and refund policy applies instead. We may also cancel an order ourselves where an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, refunding you in full.

If you provide an email address for order updates or marketing, keep it current, because it is how we reach you about your order. Do not send payment card details to us by email; we never require them, as payment is handled entirely by the hosted checkout provider.

We verify identity before discussing order details, which protects your address and purchase history from anyone who happens to know an order number.

If we do not enforce a provision of these terms on one occasion, that is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our shipping policy, return and refund policy and privacy policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site and your purchases from it, and supersede any earlier statements.
